The above image was not shot during a wedding, as it is in fact editorial. The model's name is Anna Patsourou. She is a breastfeeding counsellor and a paediatrician par excellence and a mother of twin girls, Rose and Violet. The idea about the shot was conceived during a discussion about the upbringining of twins in today’s world. We rented accessories and employed the services of a make up artist and did two shoots at two consecutive days in two different wedding dress houses, trying different wedding dresses and set-ups. All deriving images conveyed a very special feeling that is very different than anything that I have ever photographed. An extremely rewarding experience for all involved.
